Course Objectives:

  *To educate licensees on the correct completion of the TREC One to Four Family Residential Contract (Resale) and TREC Third Party Finance Addendum.  Instruction will be geared to help new agents just entering the real estate industry to not only be able to compelte the contract, but understand what it says and be able to explain it to their clients.

   *To keep experienced agents up to date to changes as well as reinforcing their skills in contract preparation.

Any tax write-off that REALTORS® are allowed to deduct can result in significant reduction in federal state and social security tax liabilities. Course is designed to inform the real estate professional of the strategic ins and outs of the IRS system and present powerful, money saving tax information. It will present discuss the attendee with updated, specific, legitimate tax deductions the self-employed can use to lower their tax obligations and how tax law changes will affect net income. This course will cover how current and pending tax law affects purchases of cars, computers and desks; how to maximize entertainment deductions and be eligible to claim their home office as their "principal place of business."
