September - December 2010 CORE REAL ESTATE COURSES Tuition and fees will be charged as per South Plains College Catalog. Each course will meet from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a one hour lunch break on Saturday and Sunday for two weekends except RELE 1406 will meet for four weekends and RELE 2171 is the Test Preparation Course and will meet for only one weekend. College credit will be awarded to those who successfully complete each course. Breaks will be taken during the day.
Mandatory Continuing Education courses will meet on a Thursday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and include a one hour lunch break. Provider: South Plains College MCE Provider #0101 Course: Keeping Current with Texas Real Estate - MCE Course #15-06-129-8937 Cost: $100.00 plus the cost of the textbook Bring two checks or credit card (Driver's License number required on check) This course has been approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for 15 hours of Mandatory Continuing Education credit, 6 hours of which are in legal topics. This course includes the mandatory 3 hour legal course and the mandatory 3 hour ethics course.
